Kathy Elias is hands down the best real estate agent ever! She is knowledgeable about not only her properties, but also all the other properties, the pros and cons of different areas. She is a kind and gracious lady who only has the best interests of her clients. She is an expert in all the forms and regulations. I could go on and on. Mostly she just wants to find the right property for her clients to be happy and settled and she will always go out of her way to accomplish that. She’s the best.

Kathy has been my real estate agent as a seller twice. She came to my first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was the same. She proposed an efficient sale process and gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on things to do to make the house attractive to buyers. She listened to me, was great about email communication, and gave me time to read and review information before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. She is endlessly patient and incredibly generous with her time, including mornings, evenings and weekends. She had incredible knowledge of the local market and provided me with detailed market analysis. I was amazed at her ability to work with buyers’ agents from initial offer to closing. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and communication skills were remarkable! I highly recommend Kathy without any reservations!

Fantastic! Kathy was always available to provide me info and advice. She replaced/repaired her sign on the Beach several times after storms. She handled contract negotiations 2 times when I was in Europe. Couldn’t find a Better Agent/Broker!

I’ve worked with Kathy Elias over the past almost 10 years to purchase a house in Long Beach, a building lot in Pass Christian, and to sell the same building lot at a reasonable, and good profit. She has helped me in the value evaluation of two other properties in Long Beach. She is absolutely my favorite real estate agent of all times.
Kathy is incredibly honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable, especially of the local area. She follows through on commitments, and does not overcommit. These qualities make for a great real estate agent. I would, and have, recommend Kathy to anyone. In fact, two weeks ago I did just that to a new citizen of Long Beach.
I have worked with many real estate agents since 1975 on properties in Norfolk, VA, Vicksburg, and on the MS Coast, and come across many good agents, but again, my favorite is Kathy Elias.

Kathy Elias was our realtor for our purchase in Ocean Springs. She did a tremendous job representing us, and was a wealth of knowledge during the shopping process. Each time we had a question, Kathy took time to explain the answer to us and make sure we did not feel rushed throughout the entire purchase. Should we ever be in the market for a realtor again, Kathy Elias will be who we hire!
